IOCIM
provides the opportunity for you to get the training you want delivered
right to your computer on your own schedule. Assisted by a
Coach who is there to answer questions and provide feedback on your
progress through each course, you will move at your own pace through
3-lesson and 6-lesson courses that are targeted at specific training
needs, allowing you to sign up for just the information you need to get
your ministry done more effectively than ever.
Flexible Schedule
As a Web-based learning environment, there is no limitation
on when or where you take the classes. Learn at your
own desk and at your own pace! Each course is divided into
brief lessons and can be completed in one session or
continued over a period of time. Interruptions are
easily handled - pick up right where you left off.
Focused Classes
Enrollment is based on your need and schedule. You can
enroll at any time; courses are not semester-based.
Since the classes are short in duration and specific in
topic, they will be offered several times each year.
Some topics are available to help customers with issues that
are time-critical, such as General Ledger Year-End Closing.
Learning Communities
Each class is facilitated by a knowledgeable coach who is
available to answer questions and give guidance. There
are also opportunities for networking with other students.
Live chats and posted forums allow students to interact
with the class coach and each other.
